Attending either an in-person or virtual support group is free. For virtual groups, you will need to have access to Zoom.

Participants must be 18 years old, female, and have experienced or currently experiencing infertility. If participant is a minor, please attend with a parent or guardian or have a written release.

Meetings will typically last around 60 minutes. There will be one group leader who will ensure conversation runs smoothly. At your first meeting, you will be provided group participation guidelines and the purpose statement (created by the group). There will be a short check-in and then the group members will have the opportunity to share. Meetings will end with a grounding exercise.

No. Attend when you can. You can even switch between in-person and virtual to accommodate your schedule needs.

The group determines the best way to communicate with each other. Options could be email, group text, or Facebook messenger group. Check with the group leader if you’d like to stay connected, however, not mandatory.

One of our group guidelines is confidentiality. We encourage you to only share what you feel comfortable and have included this in our guidelines; “Confidentiality is critical for creating a safe environment where people can feel comfortable sharing personal information. If you see other group participants out in public, please be respectful of their boundaries, as some people would like to remain anonymous in the community.”

Yes! There is no requirement to be on video or audio and you can join with a name that is not recognizable. You can participate this way for as long as you want. Our groups are a safe space that allow you to get the support you need in the way that serves you the most.

Head to our support group page and register for the virtual group. On the day of the support group, you will receive an email with the meeting zoom link.

Is the virtual support group open to the public?2023-06-14T16:05:01+00:00

No. Every one must register through our website, provide their email, and only then will they receive the zoom meeting link.
