In 2017, Carissa Votroubek had a revelation that starting her own business was the key to flexibility and a great work life balance.

Man was I wrong! It’s been 7 years since we opened our first Scooter’s Coffee location and five stores later, there is no looking back. We have had our fair share of ups and downs over the last seven years, but in these last two years, have really hit our stride. We love being a part of Linn County and giving back to the community that has given us so much.
